Kuberaa ki kahani ek dum dil se dil tak jati hai! Dhanush as Deva ek beggar hai jo Mumbai ke Dharavi slums mein rehta hai. Par yeh aam aadmi nahi – woh ek mafia king ban jata hai, playing the game of power, politics, aur paisa. Story mein money laundering aur corruption ka angle hai, jisme Nagarjuna as Deepak (ek CBI officer) aur Jim Sarbh as Neeraj (ek greedy businessman) involved hain. Nagarjuna’s CBI officer role a complete outlier. Overwhelmed by the system, but unconstrained by his principles as an officer – their understated acting and subtle emotions win hearts. Very refreshing performance!

Rashmika’s role short, but strong. Her dumpyard scene with Dhanush incredible. A bit less desirable because her intro comes a bit late, but overall she’s a breath of fresh air.
